«GrosStems» is a unique combined plant to handle as follows:
- expanded tobacco stem processing;
- flavoured and cased expanded tobacco stem processing;
- expanded cut rag blend for cigarettes including American-blend cigarettes, Roll Your Own processing;
- American type tobacco blends development.
Our equipment enables us to run the technological process according to our customers' requirements. The modern equipment with the original process allows us to exchange cut rag blend processing with expanded stem processing within just 40 minutes that facilitates fulfillment of our constant customers' orders.

The HDT process makes for processing expanded tobacco stem with high filling power and consistent moisture content. We are also able to apply casings and flavourings to produce a final product with the desired flavour and aroma.

Our own storage facilities and customs warehouse offer a possibility for storage acceptance and further processing sufficient amounts of raw materials. The company possesses its own transportation to fulfill all the logistics requirements.
